Meet with Key Stakeholders to identify goals and intent of the project. I also collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in order to document proper processes and procedures.

I create design documents and storyboards to present to project leaders. This helps to review for revision or modification prior to development.

I will develop learning solutions, such as ILT, vILT, or eLearning, that align with business objectives and learner needs.

I conduct a quality assurance check on all developed solutions to ensure readability, functionality and that the targeted learning objectives have been addressed.
