About Me

Hi, I’m Rabecca Sisson. I’m an instructional designer, enthusiastic creative problem-solver, and former corporate facilitator.

My background in facilitation gives me a unique understanding of the learner experience, what motivates employees, and how to design materials that transfer easily from designer to facilitator to learner.

With two years of instructional design experience, every lesson I create begins with the same question:

"How can I empower employees to engage with this learning authentically so it drives meaningful change and real skill development?"

In practice, that means I partner closely with stakeholders, connect learning directly to real-world responsibilities, and use interactivity with purpose.

My work is grounded in adult learning theory, instructional design frameworks, and structured methodologies such as ADDIE. I’m also leading AI-enablement efforts focused on reducing design time, streamlining quality review, and helping instructional design teams work more efficiently without sacrificing learner experience.

My most frequently used tools include Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, Microsoft 365, and emerging AI-enablement tools.
